By accessing or using QRflo ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the Service. We may update these terms from time to time, and continued use of the Service constitutes acceptance of any changes.
QRflo provides a web-based platform for creating, customizing, and managing QR codes. The Service includes a free tier (static QR code downloads, no account required) and two paid subscription plans, Basic and Pro, which add dynamic QR codes, scan analytics, and custom design options. The Pro plan additionally includes unlimited dynamic codes and vanity URLs.
To access paid features (Basic or Pro), you must create an account with a valid email address and a secure password. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.
You agree not to use the Service to create QR codes that link to content that is illegal, harmful, threatening, abusive, harassing, defamatory, obscene, or otherwise objectionable. You may not use the Service for phishing, distributing malware, or any activity that violates applicable laws. We reserve the right to terminate accounts that violate this policy.
Basic and Pro subscriptions are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis, at the rate displayed at the time of purchase. All fees are non-refundable except as required by law. You may cancel at any time from your billing portal; access to paid features continues until the end of your current billing period. If a payment fails, your access enters a short grace period before paid features are paused.
We strive to maintain 99.9% uptime for QR code redirects. However, we do not guarantee uninterrupted service. QR codes created under the free tier are static downloads and are not dependent on our servers after creation. Pro QR codes rely on our redirect service and will stop functioning if the Service becomes permanently unavailable.
You retain ownership of any content (logos, images, URLs) you upload to or create with the Service. QRflo retains ownership of the Service, its design, code, and branding. You grant us a limited license to host and serve your uploaded content solely for the purpose of operating the Service.
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. QRflo shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or business opportunities.
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time for violation of these terms or for any reason with reasonable notice. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. Existing QR code redirects may continue to function at our discretion.
These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which QRflo operates, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
